ok so I'm 14 and my breasts are a large b. My boobs were like numb for the past two days and my nips get hard more often... Could this mean they're getting bigger?

Possibly, you do get all sorts of weird and strange feelings when growing. If it lasts for more than a week or two, or if it's causing you any pain then it's best if you go and see your doctor.

I don't remember my boobs actually being numb while they were growing... My nipples were really sensitive and sore though.

It could be that they are growing, but it's also possible that it's something worse. I suggest seeing a doctor if you can't recognise [either see a change or you don't fit into your bras the same etc] a difference in size, after about five days - if they have been constantly numb.
