yes, you'll develope with time. my voice cracked when i was 12 and went into a low pitch, much lower then before. but right now, 9 months after, my voice is starting to squeak and make funny pitch noises. strange 0.o

Dude just chill. Anytime soon it will happens and when it does prepare for all those embarrassing comments from you family. I can just picture your older bother noting you voice changed and then bringing it up during dinner saying, So, I noticed my baby brother's voice is changing. An then you will be like, Shut up, and while you say it your voice cracks. And ten your mom's like, aww my little baby is growing up so fast. And later on you notice your mother talking on the phone telling everybody she knows your voice is changing. then at family get-togethers all your uncles and aunts greet you, hey there's our big man. And then your mom make a toast to you saying your turing into a fine boy, I mean man. Its gonna be so embarrassing. So be prepared.
