1. LOTS of people are circumcised, not just jewish people so just ignore the people that call you jewish because they're obviously very ignorant. 2. Why exactly would they LIKE to take out their penises unless of course they have a big ego. For your age 4" might be a little bit on the small side but you have to remember that you JUST entered into puberty and your penis will grow so you shouldn't worry about what other people say. Your 14, you have a long way to go until puberty is over.

I don't know where you live, but where I live most of the kids are circumcised, including me, and most of us are NOT Jewish. I've only seen a few uncircumcised ones, but nobody makes fun of them either. You should just ignore them. They're idiots.
I just turned 14 and my penis is 4-3/4". That's not much bigger than yours. They don't exactly show off their penises although we all get undressed in the locker room and see each other. I would just ignore them if they make fun. If you don't react, then it's no fun for them.
Just hang in there. We're both gonna grow for a while yet.

1. many, many people are circumcised. its normal to be circumcised if your jewish or not, so don't worry.

2. well, 4'' is still good, a little on the smaller side of things, but not too much. you'll grow out though, give it some time. your only young in puberty.
