Pimple in the shaft

Hello,
Ive got this pimple in my shaft
i've tried all anti pimple creams and everything but it still doesnt go.

What is the possible reason for it and any other ideas

I get them occasionally. I think its just a infected hair follacle (SPELLING?). If it doesnt go after a couple of weeks go see a doctor and he'll help you. Oh and dont scratch it.... it'll make it worse :-)

If you're sexually active, if you've had contact with another person, it could be an STI.

If not, it's probably just a pimple, caused like any other zit, by a minor inflammation of the sebaceous (oil) gland. It seems like it takes forever to heal, just keep it clean and leave it alone (Don't pop it!) and it will.
