Allright, ive gotten a pimple on my scrotum and i would like to know the best way to get rid of it. Ive had em before, but i dont how they went away

Normally it's best to just pop them, if it doesn't hurt too bad... otherwise just let it be or put acne medication on it and it should go away eventually.

It may just apply to pimples on the face but I'm pretty sure popping pimples is something you DON'T want to do because:
1. Popping it can cause the ALL the stuff in the pimple to be on your scrotum and cause you to have more pimples.
2. Popping pimples can cause scarring where you pop them.

otherwise just let it be or put acne medication on it and it should go away eventually.

Just go with this, put some acne medicine on it or just clean it well and wait for it to go away.

thats what i did before, but i wasn't sure if it worked but now i know

I would try soaking in a hot water bath. It should heal faster. I used to use hot water showers on my face pimples and they seemed to come to a head faster. Black heads disappeared faster too.

I take hot showers every day and that does'nt really work
