You're probably cumming but your body hasn't produced enough semen to ejaculate much. Everyone matures at different rates and mature in different areas of the body, some might get pubic hair first while someone else might be able to ejaculate. Technically, you could ALWAYS masturbate because masturbating doesn't mean you have to ejaculate.

no but deoderant is not meant to be used internally and can damage tender skin like you have up your anus. Thats why you cant use it on your genitals. Not everything has to be experience you know.... some of it is common sense.
