I eat 1 meal a day. Well, usually. I don't think I'm fat, I'm just...not hungry. It started as me wanting to savemoney so saving my lunch money, but now I'm not hungry for lunch. I haven't eaten today and I'm not hungry. I'm scared to get on the scales. I don't know.

hmmmm what i really think is, eat your breakfast even if your not hungry, gives you energy, then eat your dinner and leave it at that. thats what i do if im not hungry. or better if could, make a smoothie or something, you get your nutirents and your vitimens ect in there and your drnking it.

i have fainting spells a lot yes, but I don't think it's related. I don't have time in the morning for breakfast. The trains are every hour so I can't miss it. I don't think I'm fat, but I do like the weight I'm loosing....
