Legs messed up

I am going through puberty right now but have some problems. I have hair around my penis, in my arm pits, and some on my upper lip. Now that im growing hair there shoudn't i be getting more hair on my legs also? I dont know why my legs have little hair on them. Someone help me out.

some people are like apes while others are very smooth and hairless when it comes to legs. it can varie greatly, and there is no order to puberty as nick has already stated

Yea only problem is that i have to deal with people thinking i shave my legs
even though i never have and i never will
it pisses me off

You know you dont... So dont bother with them
If they care more about what you look like that what they are doing,
They will either have to change that, or they wont succeed in life
