It is not wrong to masturbate to porn. It is technically illegal, but nearly everyone has done it. It's not really illegal for a minor to view porn, it is just illegal for porn to be sold or distributed to persons under 18 years old. You're not going to get fined or anything for looking at and masturbating to porn. The worst that could happen is getting caught by your parents and whatever punishment they would give.

Legally, it is illegal.
However, our society has generally accepted the fact that teens view it. I doubt you will be prosecuted for it, but just know it is illegal. That's why they only allow 18+ and they "check" before you enter the site.
However, I think that it is not wrong. Some religious are popular for stating that it is wrong but in general, it is accepted

The only reason for the "must be 18+ to enter" thing is so that these sites can't be sued by parents. Also, you can't be prosecuted legally on the internet because they literally cannot prove that it was you on the site and not your father or mom or a friend. Pretty sure the ages vary from state to state. Not sure.

it is illegl, but loads of people do it... i wouldnt worry, police dont have time to check around every single server for every IP and go and arrest every single person who watches porn.

Which is funny because even with an IP address and even internet history on the computer, you can't prove that the person who owns the computer was the viewer.

depends, the tracing system built into the motherboard can be accessed and used to determin which user was online watching it... then leading to ultimate suspision of the user being the one who watched it.... {i know alot about computers}[!I build them! seen the tracing chip, very well hidden i must say... wouldnt dare take it out though... even the VT admin can probobaly see its me online and the user is ashley if he looks =)

But you can't prove another person isn't on their log on.
Back on topic.

it ain't wrong. and although it is illegal for someone to sell porn to a minor, there are no real laws against watching it. the SWATAWATATA(Special Weapons And Tactics As Well As The Ability To Appraise Antiques) team wont go busting into your house the second you start looking at it. the only real risk is parents catching you and punishing you.

It is not wrong at all. You are just curious.
It is illegal but no police will ever find out.

Everyone needs to determine for themselves what is 'Wrong', and surely parental wishes and family values play a part in that. However, the problem with porn for young 'uns (other than the illegality of it) is that it doesn't portray reality accurately.
Porn is entertaining b/c there are certain liberties taken in it's production to exaggerate the 'content' to maximize viewer arousal. Remember, porn isn't educational, so what you see and hear, what the 'plot' is, isn't really reflective of what real sex is like, and as importantly, neither are relationships. People don't really act that way, they don't look that way, they don't sound that way, they don't treat each other that way, it doesn't really seem that way in real life.
Folks over 18 are thought to have both the maturity and judgement, as well as life experience, to know all this. So, to protect impressionable minors who don't have the frame of reference to know, it's 'illegal'.
Whatever decision you come to regarding porn, remember that it's just fantasy, that it's not what sex and relationships are really about, that you should be aware that it's a creation for entertainment purposes only, and that when the time comes, don't expect it to be *that* way.
Your parents probably don't want you to look at it b/c they don't want you to get the wrong impressions about sex and love.

basically its like a house rule, your only getting in trouble with your parents, not the police and as Second Sight said the "SWATAWATATA (Special Weapons And Tactics As Well As The Ability To Appraise Antiques)" :P

They can check by viewing the IP but for looking at everybody it would take forever.

Even if you did, you cannot prove that the person on t he computer at that time was the minor.

Well i think the age 18 restriction is to just control the amount of ppl watching. Its illegal but its too minorly illegal that its legal lol. I dont think its wrong as long as u know how to control urself. Some ppl have that control, some dont.
