Vampires...

I know they are fictional, but do you think they are evil/satan spawn? Just wanna know how you people portray a vampire.

I have a huge fascination with them...
Me personally believe some are more seductive and charismatic and some are not. Some are evil and mean and some are quite well cultured and pleasant. What's your guys takes on em? I would go further in depth but not now until more responses are given.

There not bad there just diffrent. Think about it, life after death with powers and abilitys you could never come near alive, granted they don't have a soul but meh who uses that nowadays anyway.

It has nothing to do with fiction or not, its why is it bad because theyre fiction? Is star wars bad because its fiction? How do we know its really fiction, maybe its all a conspiracy... O.o

I love the whole vampire idea. I've always liked dark fictional creatures for some unknown reason, and vampires just seem cool.

Hmm, I actually have a whole different view of vampire,
I think that the media has . . .Warped them a little to meet the publics expections, *Cough sex cough* :P

I believe that vampires are nothing short of zombies, not the walking around with arms extended "Brraaaaaains" kind, but actuall rotting corpses with the ability to move that of course depending of their legs are still intact.

Ugly, vile, pus covered creatures with I.Q less then a rock, anyway to the point, with my view of vampires I believe they are neither good or evil since they do not have the intelligence to differ between the two so how could they possibly know they are commiting an act of goodness or bad.

In the film Bram Stoker's Dracula starring Gary Oldman as Dracula. You actually see how he came into being as a vampire. He denounced the church and promised to avenge his true love's death. He is driven by a need to find and be with his loved one, not by the need or desire to harm others.
