girls-fine rash on legs from shaving?

after I shave my legs, I often notice that, even though I usually use a "new" ish blade, I will get a fine rash on the undersides of my knees and thighs. Anyone know what that is or what to do about it? Oh and ingrown hairs under the arms...blech...

uhh my g/f evertime she shaves her legs that happens too but it goes away right away does yours?

yeah my g/f she uses this weird cream like ark says i would use it its called like herbal essance or sumtin in the area
