I was wondering what causes a bent penis?

Nothing really causes it, most people are just born that way,
(Masturbating, sex, etc. do not cause it)

its caused by having more spongy tissue on one side then the other. and it forms that way in the womb. its rare to ever have a perfectly straight penis.

Yes, it is mostly a tissue problem and how it formed. If it is serious and is hurting you can see a doctor about it and you can get diagnosed and treated
