Question about Breasts

I am 18 years old, and I'm fairly certain that my breasts are in stage 4 right now. And I haven't seen any real signs of growing, does that mean that my breasts have stopped growing, and won't reach stage five to where they're in their full adulthood stage? They're not small, but they're not huge either. Their in a rather semi-large stage, but not yet full reached, at least I'm not sure if they are.

Please let me know if you have anything to say. I'm a wee bit concerned about it.

Breast development can go on as late as age 25.

Okay, thanks ^^ I had been reading up on some stuff, and it was kinda starting to worry me, since I hadn't really seen any sort of development. I just wanted to know what was going on ^^
