OK, so i have been going out with this girl since 5th grade we brake up and go out again for like 20 times. Than in 6th grade we started going out and broke up again. And now we are in 7th grade we talk and we are like friends. But I started to like her again. I don't know how to tell her. There are these two other boys that like her and that are always sitting next to her. But her best friend told me that she doesn't like none of them. I don't if she like me. But we flirt a lot.

Well if you have gone out with her multiple times before, I'm sure she would still have feelings for you to some extent.
I'd go with asking her out again. I mean, thats all you can really do.
