norton wont delete my viruses

it always says "delete failed"
wtf its suppose to delete it..lol


what can i do?
any help will be appreciated

Reboot in safe mode
it should let you get ride of it then

cause its probly active and in use right now

welll we need a global mod or a councillor to move it becaise there aint a mod for this forum..which is odd cuz its quite active

Yeh Norton fails sometimes, can't always delete the virus. Moving to Tech Junkies.
