Well, no it isnt bad for you.. if it helps you then go ahead. I don't totally believe that you ejaculated just by repositioning your penis a little; maybe if it was rubbing against your pants for a long time or you were REALLY REALLY horny but I've never heard someone ejaculate just by touching it a little without masturbating for awhile.

If it is true then try wearing looser pants and keep your mind off of sex. You don't need to see a doctor about it but I'm not totally sure that's normal.
