One of my guy friends that I thought I really liked turned out to be a total ass. He was always SO sensitive to me, and my feelings, and the fact that I had a lot of problems going on lately. And THEN, he turns around and post a bulletin with all these motivational posters bashing 'emo' people. T_T

I would've been able to stand it, had it not been for this one:

And this one:

I CAN'T BELIEVE HIM! RAWR!

/end rant.

i know how you feel.
i went into a shop the other day that they reckoned was an emo shop and was like lets see what items we could slit our rists with in the shop, and they have kept it goin like a on goin joke, little do they know i self harm and everytime they do it it stings.
i just put it down to peoples niavety.
if i took them all personally i wouldnt be able to cope.

I can't believe I didn't see it coming, either. One time I posted on his blog that I liked reading what he had to say, and then, minutes later he posted a blog saying "Who's lame enough to actually read my blog?"
I can't believe that he's so insensitive.

My advice is to try not to let the whole emo stereotype get to you. It is a stereotype and if everyone took stereotypes personally, everyone would be upset and offended the majority of the time.

I know that it can be really hard to ignore, but the best way to deal with it is to take these things with a pinch of salt.

the first rule you should learn is not to post in old threads.
