I have a very small vaginal hole. It hurts alot to have sex until the very end. I have a boyfriend that I been with about a month now. He lives kinda far away and we only see each other on the weekends. So he tends to want sex alot when I see him I can't blame him but I keep trying to explane to him that it hurts to do it over and over. He has a problem with his self image and he thinks that I just don't find him attractive. BUT THAT'S FAR FROM TURE! It makes me feel bad but I know my limits. I want to enjoy it more I really do! Dose anyone have any idea how to "loosen" myself so I can enjoy it more?

first how old are you and have you popped your "cherry" yet
because if you still have your hymen intact then that could be the reason why
i don't know if there is a way to loosen yourself
but i could be wrong

Well, the more sex you have, the looser you'll get.
Don't worry, sex hurts for everyone at some point, just explain to your boyfriend and make sure he listens!
The only suggestion I could give you for loosening is to try insertion masturbation... Possible start with something fairly slim, like a finger, then move on to slightly thicker things.
Just be careful, and make sure anything that you use is clean before and after using it :)

vaginas can be flexible... idk have him go in really slow let ur vagina adjust to it going in instead of him just rushing into things

i think you just need to explain this to your boyfriend, and that he need to be gentle. if you didn't find him attractive, you wouldn't even bother to get in a bed with him or have had sex with him the first couple of times.

I think you need to tell your boyfreind to take it easy. If you have yet to pop your cherry then loosen it with things like masturbation. Or if you prefer to not o that. Riding a bike I believe also helps loosen it. If he demands sex and you do not want to because your are scared that he may hurt you then the obvious answer is to say no... Another thing is that, ware you using protection? Regular intercourse can be dangerous. I hope things turn out alright or you.
