i have been dating my bf for over a year now and i just told him recently that i cant cum when we have sex..i feel awful for keeping it from him, but i felt like i had to..the first time i faked it and then i thought i wouldnt the next, but i did and i just couldnt stop...i cant believe i let it go for this long...he was kind of upset but i told him that it still feels really good (which it does) but i just cant cum through straight vaginal, i need clitoral stimulation :( was it stupid of me to tell him that i faked orgasming?

No, it wasn't necessarily a stupid move. Most woment can't orgasm from only having vaginal sex and do actually need clitoral stimulation to climax. By telling him this, you will hopefully now be able to experience orgasms when you have sex.

No not at all. It means it give him a motive too. For some boys getting a girl to orgasm is hard but rewarding. His pride was a little hurt but it was a good move. Lot of people have "erectile dysfuction" or vaginal dysfuction when they are the "bottom".

deffinately a good idea. although his pride will be dented for a short while, he now knows how to pleasure you right, so u feel great too. also it can only make you stronger as sex will be better and at least you are not fakeing it and feeling bad.
