Addicted to counter strike!

Wow I just realised how addicted I am to counter strike! In the last two weeks I've played nearly 50 hours!

Crap, I've really gotta stop playing but oh well. I was wondering if anyone at VT plays CS:S?

I do. I usually scrim, but for a beginner I wouldn't want you to face the guys I do. You would have a very difficult time. No offense, tell my your steam friends name. I'll add you.

My ex-step father (notice I said ex?) was addicted to counter strike and this was one of the things that destroyed his relationship with my mother. So yeah, you should stop playing. It's as dangerous as any other addiction in my opinion.

I used to play a lot, both 1.6 and source, but have slowed down a bit now due to school work :/

It's a great game though, I used to be part of a small online polish community, was their web master (managed all the forums, servers ect) The community has kinda fallen apart now.

I used to play Counter Strike Source quite often a while back. It got somewhat aggravating to try to play, though, because I had issues with my ISP for the longest amount of time, so I couldn't play more than like 10 minutes without the connection dying, and it either dropping the connection to the server, or throwing me all over the map and making the other players disappear so all I would see would be weapons flowing around in the air, as the other players would become invisible, and would show up as "Unconnected" so I wouldn't be able to tell who was on my side and who wasn't unless they started shooting me, or I disconnected and reconnected.

I got back into it when the connection got "fixed" but only for a short while. I still play periodically, but not a lot.

I'm pretty terrible actually but I'm getting better, I don't think any clans would accept me at the moment :P .
MissRuby I don't think I'm *that* addicted that it would affect any relationships, I'd still rather go out with my friends than play CS.

I used to play like all day after I got home from school. But now I don't really play games anymore, I play on my 360 sometimes but other than that, nada.

It WAS on a surf server but I still freakin PWNED everyone on there. TMP's are the SHIT. :)
Hence the name, =TMP= Thats spammtastic since it shoots out all 30 rounds in like 1 1/2 seconds.
