Yeah it sorta is unattractive if anyone knows about it, but as long as you don't try to make them huge nobody would find out. That's just my personal opinion though, I'm sure other guys would feel differently about it.

It's absolutely pointless, breasts really aren't what all guys think about. Stuffing your bra only makes you something you're not, and that isn't cool with me. As for fantasies while masturbating, of course, all guys do. Depending on sexual orientation, it's usually about the other sex. Going into detail wouldn't be smart.
