how thin is too thin, can i ever stop?

That is a really good question. It can't be like "To thin is a 00." To thin in my eyes is when your size doesn't even makesense, like your a lot skinnier than everyone (<90 pounds)

They have rehab because it's like a drug.

You're too thin when you don't feel or look healthy. Being skinny and fit is one thing, but being emaciated is completely different. Not only do you lose fat when you reach the point of emaciation, but your muscles shrink because your body consumes itself. Your body needs a certain amount of fat to thrive on, and it's different for everyone. It doesn't look very attractive when every bone in your body is showing, anyway. I don't understand the desire for an emaciated look, I much prefer someone who's a little bulky than skin and bones.

Too thin is when you're having to starve yourself to maintain the weight you are at--mind you can even be "overweight" by a bmi test. A weight that is healthy for one person, can be deadly for you depending on your build and genetics. If you are exercising regularly AND maintaining a healthy diet, you are doing your job. Anything added is dangerous and uncalled for. You're body will adjust to a healthy weight for you as an individual. You may have something medically wrong with you if your morbidly obese even with exercising and a good diet.

too thin is when your physical obs go really low ( pulse = 30 ) thats when u know ur really ill and at risk from dying .. but please try ur best before it goes that far i was in that position once and the devastation for ur family is really hurtful .. also hospitalisation is not the life u want to live :cuddle: xx
