I can't even go a few days without eating. I try to run a mile a day and i'm still fat, everytime i eat food i feel sick. What to do? do diet pills like stack 2 work? i took some the other day, and got crazy energy for a gig.

Syd, hon, you're supposed to eat every day. Really.
Anyway, diet pills tend to just be some kind of stimulant, so they will give you a crazy boost of energy - they work by forcing your body to work at 900% power, and you'll a) bounce off the walls and b) be too busy bouncing to eat. They're anything but good for you, though. I haven't taken them, but my brother tried using them... didn't react well. He was shaking all over and having heart palpitations - probably should have gone to hospital, really. And reactions like that are pretty common, from what I've read.
And if you're not eating enough... you're even more likely to suffer ill effects, since your body will process the drugs faster. I'd strongly advise against taking diet pills. Really strongly.
Anyway, if you're trying to get to a healthy weight, you need to be eating as well as exercising. If you starve yourself, your body will go into famine mode. Our bodies are really good at NOT dying, so if they sense that there's not enough food around, they will learn to run on less food. Fucking up your metabolism = not fun, trust me.

hi. I know what you mean, i eat only a tiny tiny bit, and i am still SUPER fat. I am not entirely sure either, but if you ever want ANY support on needing any help, because i too have been in that situation. But yeah just PM me if you ever want to talk. About ANYTHING.

omgosh, me too!
whenever i have like overnight field trips or stuff.. that involve me eating in public, i always eat much less then i usually do just so i dont look like a fat person. And feed myself that im not starving, but less enough that im not always like.. full of food.
So.. after doing this for like 3 days i can loose like 4 pounds.. but then i usually regain it, because im not eating in public anymore..
So... yeah.. i know exactly what you feel, if your gaining alot more weight. it might just be muscle mass, cuz muslce is 3 times the weight of fat.

Not to mention that that is TERRIBLY unhealthy. carrots and celery alone in a diet are terrible and will not boost your metabolism. It will only make you sick and unhealthy. Your metabolism thrives on a diversity of foods, not certain key nutrients that help it along.
Also, do not post anymore methods of ways that enable eating disorders here. You've been verbally warned.

It sounds to me more like you eat barely enough if that... how much do you weigh if you don't mind saying because it sounds like you are not fat but anorexic and think you are fat when you are not.

Here is Jason's super magic weight loss 2-steps plan(tm) :
1) eat your fill of healthy food, daily
2) do exercice, daily
No way around it. You wanna lose it, you gotta work for it. Diet pills are stimulants like metamphetamines. If you've watched "Requiem for a Dream", then you know where I'm going with that.
Starving yourself and exercice = no good either. Sure, you'll lose weight fast (too fast, might I add). But when your body will be pissed off at you for starving yourself and completely nicking its energy reserves, it'll take its revenge by metabolising your muscles. It's a nicer term for "your body will eat itself".
If you run, work out and starve yourself at the same time, your heart and your other muscles won't grow stronger because muscles require proteins to build themselves (proteins you won't have because you're not eating). Having muscle fastens your metabolism because they require more energy to keep up, but if you don't develop any (or worse, if you force your body to eat them), it'll actually slow your metabolism, and you'll notice that very quickly the second you take a bite of food.
Proteins are found in food (namely meat, peanuts, etc). Starving and exercicing will ultimately leave you with a mess of a metabolism and a body that cannibalises itself. My method is slower, but also leaves you with a faster metabolism, a longer life expectancy and a better physical shape.
I should honestly patent that.

Ok, I totally understand. I mean, I don't eat in public anymore, cause eating scares me, and eating in public scares me more....But I don't eat much. This week I'm juice fasting every other day, and then the other days I'm eating raw fruits and veggies. Don't twll me this is unhealthy...I know it is. But this is for eating disorders...I HAVE ONE.

That's extremely bad for you, you need a balanced diet. This includes some junk food too ya'know!
I don't eat in public anymore, cause eating scares me, and eating in public scares me more.
I hate eating in public too, I get the feeling people are watching me and I feel really awkward and paranoid. Eating in general doesn't scare me, NOT eating does scare me though because it can make you seriously ill, or close to dying.
