Anytime I get an erection, the skin on my penis comes back about halway on the head. My question is when you get an erection, isn't your full head supposed to show? By the way I'm uncut.

It differs from guy to guy. Some may pull back all the way while other may not even move at all. It depends on how lose the foreskin is and how long the foreskin is. There's no such thing as a guys penis looking exactly like yours. or Vice Versa. So nothing to worry about bud. You're perfectly normal and fine

It depends on how long your foreskin is if it's long then it'll still cover the head a little

your full head dosn't have to show. it can if your skin is short enough and is stretchy enough to expand over the head, but really it differs from guy to guy

Sounds like your fine there dude, but as Donkey said your foreskin needs to be stretchy enough for you to pull it back all the way over the head.
The fact that it doesn't go back on it's own is perfectly normal, the amount that gets uncovered on it's own does differ from guy to guy.
