...are shite.

Am I allowed to say that on here?

Because I've been rooting around, and every single one of them has told me that my BMR is ~1350. Sure, I'll buy that. But then they all give my caloric needs for an average day at between 1450 and 1750... which is a load of crap! When I'm not struggling with an eating disorder, I tend to eat roughly 2000 calories a day, maybe a bit more.

(I'm not telling you how many calories I'm eating per day right now, partly because it might trigger someone, and partly because I'm afraid people would be like, 'wtf you're not anorexic i eat liek half that.')

But anyway... I guess I'm just ranting. I mean, counting calories isn't a healthy behaviour (for me) so these sorts of things would only be tools to further my eating disorder - not a good idea, according to the logical bits of my brain that like having me alive.

Sorry. Just wanted to rant a bit.

Yeah, you can cuss here. lol

Those calculators are the bare minimum you burn off by existing. Not what you should be eating.
It is NOT normal for anyone to eat that little. Anyone who's reading this understand this now. Never use those as a guide to how much you should be eating.

Using my own past, I warn you now, NEVER go to those unless you know you can rationalize.
