Hi This isnt me thats asking this its my freidn he feels kinda shy to amke him self an account but anyways he write's
" yo dude i get a boner like every day during each period of class its annyoing,or like when a teacher calls me up when im in the middle of having a boner"
and he will like to know whats rong and how can he stop this?!

random erections are just part of puberty. if you get one the best thing you can do is think of something totally not sexually related. thats about the best you can do. until the hormones settle down towards the end of puberty then random erections will often occur.

Haha you can't really prevent them. Just try and think about non-sexual things.
But even then they occur. Its totally normal.

Unfortunately as part of puberty, us guys get random erections quiet often in the beggining of puberty also near mid puberty. Like the other two have advised, best to think of something non-sexual related to alleviate the hormones coursing through during the time of the erection. So nothing to worry about.

Take a cold shower in the morings too idk if that will help any but cold showers are to supposed to calm you down from what i've heard.

yeah you cant really do too much to avoid them... sometimes i get multiple boners during just one class period!

Yep like everyone said, its completely normal to have boners, but unfortunately they have the unstoppable force of puberty at their backs

it used to happen to me all the time it's embarassing but believe it or not almost every guy gets them it's part of puberty tell your friend just to hang in there it'll all be over soon

I would think that you could have answered his question. You must get them too. We all do. It's just part of going through puberty. I don't know of any way to stop them. You just have to find ways to hide them.
