what are ways to stop yourself from cutting?
Its hard to stop the urge. Lets name some things we can do instead.

I know there was a list of 100 days to do instead of cutting but I couldn't find it for you atm so sorry

There are also substitutes to cutting.. Holding cubes of ice in your hand.. Twanding elastic bands over the place where you want to cut, pressure etc..

Of course those are still essentially self harm but it damn well beats drawing out your blood though I'd prefer the list of 100 things to do instead of self harming
