Okay, I am "In Love" with this one girl at School and She's My best freind. But Her #1 Best freind is my cousin and She said "I Really like Alex (Me) But..I'm Sort of embarrassed of him..Cause he's Not in The Popular Group.." (From a scale of 1 to 10 Popularity im like a 6.5)

What should i do?

Well if you really do "love" her then maybe try to go out and do more things with her. Try to improve your appearance with her, then when you guys are really close then just ask her if she'd be your girlfriend.
