The only thing you can do is to see a doctor IMMEDIATELY!

We can't tell you what it is through description alone - there are a few things that it could be... It's probably nothing to worry about, but you need to make sure.

Good luck.

it could be an abcess, a little bump from something, or it could be a tumor, or other things. see a doctor, have it checked out. don't take any chances

Don't jump to conclusions just yet. Is the bump around the hairs, or on a less hairy spot? If you shave those hairs at all, and that's where the bump is, there is a very good chance that this could be an ingrown hair or an irritated follicle. This is still a good possibility even if you don't shave. What does it look like? Is it flesh-colored, does it look sort of like a pimple, is it red at all? No matter what, try not to poke at it, you'll just annoy the skin. What you can do is take a warm bath, or soak a wash cloth in some warm water and then hold it over the bump until the cloth cools off. If it's an ingrown hair, or a follicle with a spec of dirt in it, this will open things up and encourage the bump to clear up. Since you said there's an ingrown hair right there, this could very well just be a part of that. Sometimes, an ingrown hair can lead to a tiny bit of swelling around the hair or to a little bit of pus under the skin (just like a zit). If you think that's what this is, you can gently scratch at the surface of the bump (towards the direction the hair grows) with your fingernail after using the warm water. This could help to encourage an ingrown hair to pop back out. Don't do a whole lot of this though, especially if it doesn't seem to be doing anything or seems to make things worse. An ingrown hair should eventually work itself out without problem, as will any minor skin irritation. Keep an eye on it though, look out for any changes in size, or sensitivity, to keep tabs on whether it's going away. If it doesn't go away, or seems to be getting worse, talk to your mom. You may not need to see a doctor, just explain the situation and ask if it sounds normal to her. Chances are that you're fine but, like I said, just keep an eye on it.

Also, if their is slight pain, then it'll be best to see your Practician. but other than that.
Kaleidoscope Eyes is pretty right.

Hey it just might be an ingrown hair but if you think it is that serious go to webmd.com and check there and if you find something serious OR minor just go to the doctor to get it checked out
