Heres the story

I was out playin football wit my brother 1 time and i got hit by the ball and i said 'ooo my balls' and this boy that lives across the road was out and said 'what do you mean by your balls why does everyone say that'

so what i want to know is, is it normal for a 13 year old boy to have no balls?

hes a guy, he has balls. maybe he dosn't know what balls are, and maybe he has Hypergonadism (undersize testes) and can't really feel them and cant feel pain in them unless he gets kicked (upwards force) not just hit, like someone punches them or a ball hits them (forwards force)

but i don't know, maybe he hasn't been hit in the balls.

There are very very few, if any, males without male sex organs
Its much more likely he doesnt know the term

No balls has 2 meanings.
One means no testicles.
The other means "no balls" = no courage, coward etc...(insult)

As Nick said, the guy just doesn't understand the term 'balls' that's all.
It's harmless, you can tell him what it means, and say that you don't know why there called balls, as I don't really know either.
It's just slang.

i explained to him and like most of u said he just hasnt heard 'balls' b4 but he said he heard nuts b4, anyway he said he hadnt developed them yet because you only get the m when you hit puberty and i said no you should have them wen your born like pretty much every other male on this planet and he just laughed and said your just windin me up :confused:

They are probably small as he hasn't started/he isn't far enough in puberty so only the ball sack shows.

or he could just not know what your talking about
or he is castrated and thinks it is normal

Okay, this kid probably has just never connected the testicles with the term balls. So next time you say that just tell him to go search it on the internet or just say "The two things hanging down in your crotch!" and then I am sure he will understand. There is a possiblity that this kind of language isn't used in his family or maybe his mother is a single parent. There are many ways for him not to know. And we always have to remember that people learn popular culture from people. So if he was never exposed to that in his home and he never really thought that his testes looked like balls then it is perfectly alright for him to not no.
So just tell him what they are, he may be a little embarrased but at least he would know.

guys have balls. women dont. its quite common to say balls, but if he doesnt understand you, you could always use other words. I think it was a joke, cus you were hit by a ball, and you sed ow my balls... dunno, He'd just get on my nerves =D
