Recently i feel sensitivity on my voicebox. I dont have a sore throat, and its also going squeaky @ times. But when i touch my voicebox, its rather sore. Is that voice break?

Are you talking about your voice CRACKING? When peoples voices crack, they go either really high or really low, usually high. Like you could just be saying "Hello" and you would maybe say the E in a really high pitched tone.

High E isn't that bad. I can make that easy :P
And Im a baritone/bass.
lol jk
I don't think that is your throat, I think it is medical. Possibly see a doctor or get on some antibiotics. Even OTCs will help.
