If there is any blood in your urine, you should go to see a doctor. This is a distinct sign that something is wrong.

There are many reasons for blood being present in urine, besides internal bleeding. Regardless of the reason, they all require medical attention.

no, internal bleeding isn't the likely cause of this, and it would just cause bruises, not bloody urine. but if your kidneys shut down, then they start pumping blood into the bladder, which is then urinated out. but every cause of bloody urine needs medical treatment.

Internal bleeding can cause blood to be present in urine.
I agree that it is unlikely to be the cause here, but just thought you'd be interested to know.

Just like everyone said, go to a doctor immediately. Anytime you are urinating blood, it's a bad sign.

Yes, it could be indicative of kidney problems or a urinary tract infection. Either way, you really do need to see a doctor.

I'm not a doctor but I know blood is suposed to stay inside the body.
you meantioned bruising.
If you have been fidling down there you could have cut the skin inside or something but sould not bleed enough to be noticeable and would hurt.
feeling pain means there is a physical wound in the path of the pee.
if not its something internal.
if you have recently had a day with little fluid it could be a kidney infection.
Docs best way to go
Oh and chances are he will tell you to go pee in a bottle and they lab test it

like every post above mine, go see a doctor blood is never a good sign while urinating, or anything for that matter.

That happened to me once because I went for almost 40 hours without going pee (car trip, refused to go at the rest stops mom stopped at cuz there were GROSS). The doctor said i'd be fine, and that normally holding it, even for quite awhile, doesn't do any immediate damage. 40 hours is to long though i guess.

Since the 19th of November everyone in this thread has told you to go to the doctor. I think everyone needs a reality check now. Either you are lying to keep the thread open or there is still blood in your urine.
If the blood is STILL there, go to the doctor now, straight away, and get checked out. We have given you all the help we can and it is now up to you to sort it out!
Try and put trivial worries behind you, act like an adult and go and let the doctor do his job! Me, you and no one else on here knows what is wrong.
GOOD LUCK!
