facial hair

okay, so i'm 18... i'll be 19 in, say, 4 months? anyway, my facial hair is just now starting to be a li'l bit more noticeable. i wouldn't say i have alot, but i'm guessing people, other than myself with a mirror, can see it coming in. well, i've been shaving my facial hair "spots"(goatee area, upper lip and sides of face) for about a year now. anyway, i was with my cousin today, we went out to eat or whatever and he was like "whoa dude, you're finally growing facial hair?! you look better with a li'l hair on your face!" this was kind of embarrassing because i'm older than him, not by much... by about 7 days... and he was talking to me like i was some infant? he has a full blown beard by the way. it seems all my peers have full blown f***ing beards, and i have some little stubble on my face. when will my facial hair thicken and spread around? its very embarrassing telling people i'm almost 19 years old when they think i'm like 15 or 16.

I can't tell you when your facial hair will be full, but I can tell you you are not abnormal. In my high school class, I was literally one of 2 guys that could grow beards. There were about 24 guys in my class. Now, most of us are about 19 and still I bet only a few of us are able to grow much facial hair. Don't worry about it.

We can not tell you exactly when you are going to grow facial hair. Lets just that you will eventually... I know people hate hearing that, but it is the truth.

It can take until your mid 20's to finish growing facial hair...
