Okay, i know you all have a ton of posts to choose from and this post probably won't be read, but i just have got to get this shit off my chest. There's this girl that i am completely head-over-heels with. After first period math she meets me at my locker and we walk to history (she's in the same class) and she's in my science class as well. She is the most beautiful girl i have ever seen, and i'm just lucky that i can talk to her. The sad thing is, i know that she likes someone else; a LOT. They went out in 8th grade, and i know she's wasting her time with him because he doesn't like her back, but he's still a nice guy. Today, on our usual walk, she gave him a hug in the middle of the hallway, and of course i faked my happiness for her but inside i'm dying. I know they won't last, and i think that we could last, but i'm not sure she could ever even like me. She likes strong, muscular guys who can "flex" for her and stuff. Sadly, i'm not a big sports player, although i am a big person (6'0 and 160lbs, still thin), and i don't have the time to work out. I just don't know how to get this girl to like me, and it's killing me inside. *End of rant* :wub:

I would say that as of the moment you are at "friend" status with this girl. The thing is, she likes this guy, but if she were to stop liking him for some reason, you would be boosted up to a more datable position. Girls aren't always into muscular guys and you have to consider, if she's talking to you, you're still doing something right, so there has to be something about you that she likes. I'd say just keep doing what you are doing, maybe even try to spend more time with her outside of school, just to let her know you're interested... she might even pick up the hint.
