Automatically repeat a keyboard sequence?

Is there any program out there which will let you play back a sequence of keys pressed on the keyboard? I need this for windows XP.

I cannot find one, it sounds like it's under the hacking programs, so I doubt you will find one to buy.
Maybe I'm wrong but I can't find anything that resembles what your looking for. What do you need it for anyway?

Isn't there a keystroke program...I know my friend stole the schools passwords with a keystroke counter program thing, would it be what you are talking about? idk what it is, because I don't know much about programs and such, but I'm assuming Travis and Ben and probably a few other people on here would know.
