That's a tough question. I do it with my best friend. One day we had nothing to do and I just came right out and asked him if he wanted to jerk off together. With somebody you dont know that well, I think you have to do something to get him horny, like looking at porn or talking about something that happened or that somebody said that sounded sexy.
