Hi, Im 13 years old and I think Im gay or bi. I dont want to say this is horomones because I remember when I wasvery young, I always liked the boys more than girls, and allll he girls liked me so i just acted nice towards them. Now im 13 and i dunno like my friend at school, I think hes kinda cute and Ive never said anything to him or anything. The funny thing is that there are like 10 girls that REALLY like me but i dont reallly seem super attracted to them. I always think to myself like how good it would feel to say that i was gay, i keep thinking that I would feel "free" in a way. My older friend (by older i mean 19,not like 30) was talking to me on aim and he actually told me he was gay,thought was cute too. But yeah I have been imagining myself going out with my friend at school but I realllly dont think i should tell anyone. All though my life ive met people (guys) that I thought were really cute/hot. Does this mean im gay or bi?

13 is a very young age to say with any confidence what your sexuality is. There's plenty of time between now and when you'll finish puberty for your feelings to change. It's even a strong possibility that you're completely straight. I'm completely straight, but I had a few "girl crushes" when I was 12. I didn't start to really like guys until I was nearly 14, and even then it kind of gradually grew over a couple years. It's hard to remain patient about what will be an important part of yourself, but you have to give your body and mind time to sort out what they want.

As a friend of mine said, childhood and teens are homosexual (not literally, but you get my point). The only way you can find out about the mystical world of sex, is with your male friends (you can't touch girls until later). Masturbation with friends and comparing sizes is a part of every young mans life, and doesn't really determine your sexual orientation. Neither do crushes on men. When you're growing up, it's pretty normal to feel attracted to alpha-males (so to speak), but it's usually just your desire to define yourself.

I remember when I was that age (which was not too long ago), everyone kept talking about girls and "good asses". I couldn't understand what was so attractive about female butts, but I pretended that I do. It made me feel weird and awkward, but in fact, none of them understood it, they probably just picked those things up from older brothers and/or relatives ;) . They were all just trying to seem more mature and confident. The fact is, no teenager is self-confident. Most of them have the same confusions and fears, but hide them. I can see it in my classmates today. They all pretend to be "real men", and look for any opportunity to prove it. It's pretty normal, I guess ;)

well, this COULD be a sign that you MIGHT be gay. If you feel NO SIGNIFICANT ATTRACTION TO THE OPPOSITE SEX then yes, you are gay. This still could however be your hormones as you're still young

I'm in the same boat as you but I find girls attractive too and I'm fifteen and I'm not ready to call it gay or bi yet and let me know how this expermenting goes cause I always wanted to ask my close friend to experiment but I'm too scared what did you say to him?

im a similar position i just dont have an older brother but everything else im in the same position when i was young girls like me ok then ill be nice or flirt as i got older (6th grade) there was a point in time where i completely liked boys and i was attracted to them then i considered myself gay in 7th grade i started to like girls again and i also met a friend (boy) hot as he can ever be i use to fantasize about him i known him since then. until 9th grade which is now and i started to like girls but like boys more but if i were to say i was bi to ppl they would spread it and make fun of me and there would be a commotion. but over all i consider myself gay u dont have to consider urself that but thats wut i think of myself.
