Think about this, if you're catching anything, wouldn't you have to have already had it in the first place? Basically, no you can't get anything from auto fellacio (self sucking), because it would be like getting yourself sick from...yourself.

although you cant get std's from sucking your own dick, you can get STI's like herpes or yeast infections. (but only if you have these things down therre in the first place.)
