it's normal to feel ashamed after masturbation because its probably somthing that you would not like your parents to see, and you feel guilty for it, but remember, there is no guilt in masturbation. its a normal bodily function that has been condemned by the church for awful, pointless reasons. i don't usually feel guilty of jacking off, but i do however from time to time. rarely though

I used to feel quite ashamed and i found that it was becuase I was jacking off to something which i wouldn't have wanted people to know about (porn). So when i cut down the amount of porn i watched it helped.... try that :-)
