Look, I'm a guy (duh!)... and I believe that most girls masturbate the same as guys on average. There are always going to be men and women who never masturbate, and some that always do it. There is no way to tell exactly, considering many people keep masturbation as a private thing.
Location would be the same for both men and women. Places such as the bedroom, shower, etc.
