I embrace, affirm, value, and intensify my suffering. I have no desire to stop my self-harming. And I very much WANT to suffer. If that answers your question.

Yes, both. I enjoy being depressed, sad, distraught, etc. Why do you ask?

hmm i dont know, i dont enjoy it but i tend to make myself worse. its just somethin i happen to do. i used to have a friend who would snap me out of that, but not anymore, were not friends and it has broke my heart.
anyway.
i dont think i enjoy it, but its sort of becoming a norm.
how crappy is that :/

My response to your question is just a personal thought, but I feel like I deserve the wounds and scars that I inflict on myself. I don't truly feel like I deserve any better than I can seem to get to and I feel like I was meant to be the way that I am.

Some people cannot be happy unless they are miserable. I would say that, for these people, it's more because being miserable is more familiar to them and therefore less threatening than being happy.

Ant's got it right really. If you enjoy it...it's not suffering.
And if someone is used to being miserable and suffering..they might enjoy it to try and deal with it.
Like soldiers did in WWI and II. They pretended it was nothing and tried to get by..otherwise, they'd go mad.

Go listen to "Lithium" by Evanscence. Hence, one of the reasons for my username on here.

I enjoy it, sometimes. But then I make myself worse by over thinking things, then I get scared.
But I dont know what I would do without feeling like this, as its the only way I manage to release emotions
