It's the final part in a three-part series of -isms:

Prestructuralism
Structuralism
Poststructuralism.

Prestructuralism is before the thing was structurized.
Structuralism is when the thing is existing in a structuralified state.
Poststructuralism is when the thing ceases to exist in the state that we call 'structuralism'.
