Featured Member Forum

There will now be a "featured" member forum that is shown at the top of the forum index (and at the top of the member forum listing). For right now, there are no requirements for a member forum to become featured. We are simply rotating the forums on a daily basis.

Why are we doing this? Because we can, and we're hoping to see an increase in diary activity :D
