It's been two years since I last cut.

It had been two years.

My record is broken. Four slim dark cuts on my wrist.

They don't even hurt.

I was having a panic attack, and the razor was waiting for me, filling me with soft music, spilling it out. I guess I've known for a few weeks I was going to start cutting again. It's this school - I can't handle it here.

So I'm back here with you, sweet lady razorblade. Betwixt you and starvation, madness and the thin white lines. I can't handle it, but you can.

And it seems you will.

Just go without. Don't get yourself back into that.

Say no to yourself; think about how you'll regret it afterwards, think about what if people see, think about what you're getting from it in the long term.

There are other ways of controlling your anger, emotions, panic attacks. So many easier ways. So many better ways. Yet, you have to turn to hurting yourself when you know you'll regret it after.

Think: you don't like it now, you've acknowledged that. Don't do it again, say?

He just stole the words from my mouth.
Think of other ways you can settle your emotions.
Cutting never solved anything. It may give you bliss for what, 5 minutes?
The problem is still there, and no matter how much you take it out on your body, its not just going to disappear. Think of other things to do.
