Although the cause of you're 'playing' may have been due to hormones, the fact is you touched him without his consent.
It's not a very wise thing to do, and it could cause a lot of trouble for you in the future.
It would be wise to stop while you're aware of it.

If you think that he might be bi or something then you can try to get him horny and see if he will let you see it for comparison,(so you at least get a look) then you talk about your feelings and see if he has the same ones.
