He's not asking for your opinion on someone's personality vs penis, he's asking people what girls (possibly guys) what they think their "perfect" penis was...
It might be size or thickness or smooth.. I don't know....

Not too many veins or hair. Not too big for practical reasons (would prefer a guy my current size 5" or so for now). Otherwise not too fussed and wouldn't care if it was attached to a guy I loved.
