All I can say is that it is definitely an error of some kind.

My memory is a bit fuzzy, but I'm almost certain that the error code (0xc0000135) simply points to a memory address, so no one will be able to tell you what that error is without knowing more.

Imagine if someone told you they had a problem, but they didn't tell you what the problem was or what it had to do with.

Maybe you could be a tad more descriptive? What operating system are you using? What was the program? What operating system was the application programmed for? When was it installed? Has it worked before, and if so, when was the last time that it worked? Between the time of installation and now, did anything with the application change (settings or location, etc.)? Does the application start up at all?

I'm using Windows XP. I would rather not say what the program is.
I only installed it yesterday on my pc, and no the application doesnt start up.

Edit: i've got the program up and running now, thanks anyway Ben.

Oh yeah, .NET Framework is a big industry standard.
