Logging out

well when im on VT and i selected either remember me or not. it will log me out automatically for no reason at any time. i might be poking into the chatrooms, then it logs me out. take a quick run through the twpr and it logs me out. its driving me nuts. why is it doing this?

I haven't had any problems with this for a long, long time. I thought it was all fixed, but it's possible that there's an unseen problem.

However, I'd like you to try a few different things for me first.

Log out, clear your cookies and cache, and then immediately log back in.
Use a completely different web browser.
Use a completely different computer (that may be on the same network).
Use a completely different computer that is not on the same network.

Let me know what works and what doesn't work.

1. dosn't work, still keeps logging me out
2. im on firefox now, and it seems to be working for the most part. i was using I.E. before.

What version of Firefox were you using? You might want to try upgrading to Firefox 3 if you haven't done so.

Just a suggestion.

Well try to use Firefox as much as possible or consider switching to another browser.

Whatever it is, it may just be confined to Internet Explorer on your computer.

Yeah, this used to happen A. LOT. A while ago but when the chat was intergrated it stopped.
What I always used to do was restart my Firefox and then just do tabs and not windows and remained as active as possible in the chat.
That helped me a tad.
