Rash/irritation under head

I was in the shower last night and I went to clean my penis. I used a wash cloth, and I scrubbed kind of hard. When I went to bed, 20 minutes later, my penis was stinging. I look, and Under my head, near the shaft, its red, and when i touch it, It hurts really bad.

I think it is just like a rug burn, but I am kind of worried.

It could be a series of things from dryness, to masturbating too much, to a reaction to a new soap maybe.

If its dryness, be careful and try to moisturize it.

If its masturbating too much, well obviously, don't masturbate for a while.

And if its a new soap, get a different soap.

Well, I'll see if its dryness. But, I think it is a rug burn from the wash cloth.

Its pretty uncommon for you to get a rug burn in the shower. the water would lubricate and lessen the friction, so I doubt thats it.

Then it has to be something else, because it wasn't there before the shower

EDIT: If it is dryness, what kind of moisturizer should I use?

unscented hand lotion is the ticket. (also great for lube if your cut)

Is is red or is there rash spots etc?

TBH I think hard scrubbing with a washcloth is OTT, all you need to do (and it's more fun to do so) is lightly soap up with your hands dude.

Let us know how it goes and if you are still sore and rashy in a couple of days get your ass to the vets. (who I can guarantee will have seen it all before)

You need to get it moist some how, some way... It might just be a little sore from the wash cloth..
