I am 16 and my balls are kinda small and that is what I think. I want low hangers should I go for them or not? Are they really worth it? How do you get them?

I don't get your question, do you mean will your balls grow larger?
If so then yes they will grow bigger and hang lower, just give it time.

My balls hang low, it isn't that big of a deal. They stick to your legs, and it is not what evey one makes it out to be.
